AUSTIN, Texas (NewsNation) —  A Texas female suspected in the lethal capturing of professional cyclist Anna Moriah Wilson is again in Austin following she was arrested in Costa Rica, the U.S. Marshals Services reported in excess of the weekend.

Kaitlin Marie Armstrong, 34, arrived in Austin Sunday right after she was arrested previous month at a hostel on Santa Teresa Seaside in Provincia de Puntarenas, authorities explained.
